Omar Figueroa is a legendary lawyer with more than 22 years of experience in California practicing cannabis law. He has published a series of books documenting the evolution of cannabis laws and regulations in the Golden State. In addition to being a cannabis lawyer, Omar is also a judge of fine cannabis, and helped develop a curriculum to train cannabis sommeliers, known as Ganjiers, as well as to develop a Systematic Assessment Protocol to ascertain quality akin to a wine sommelier.
