Swami and Nikki have had a love affair with cannabis since the late 1960s. From Swami’s first crop in San Francisco in 1978 and on to world travels where we observed it being grown in various places, we have always known it to be medicine for the body, mind and spirit. We now live in northern Mendocino County, the heart of the Emerald Triangle, where we consciously cultivate it legally with great pride, devoted care and lots of love.
Q: What excites you about cannabis being added to the annual competitions at the California State Fair?
A: This is a chance to break the stigma and recognize it as crop with healing powers
Q: What do you think makes the California cannabis landscape/industry unique?
A: It’s the birthplace of legacy growers who cultivate the best cannabis in the world and the time has come for California to be proud of its cannabis heritage!
Q: What’s ONE thing you wish more people knew about cannabis?
A: It is a gateway to higher consciousness!
