Gretchen Miller is co-owner and co-founder at Kiskanu (with her husband Jason), located in Humboldt County, California. As legacy cultivators, Kiskanu not only grows its’ own cannabis on their farm in rural Humboldt, but also offers an organic collection of whole plant beauty, sexual health and wellness products–both in a THC and CBD line. In April 2020, Kiskanu opened their first cannabis dispensary in Eureka, CA. We have something for everybody!

Q: What excites you about cannabis being added to the annual competitions at the California State Fair?
A: Kiskanu is excited to be a part of an agricultural event, as cannabis is agriculture. We are also excited to see cannabis being normalized and being embraced by the community.
Q: What do you think makes the California cannabis landscape/industry unique?
A: The incredible depth of cannabis knowledge and experience here is unlike anywhere else. California grows the best cannabis.
Q: What’s ONE thing you wish more people knew about cannabis?
A: It is safe and non-toxic, and there are many different ways to consume cannabis. Most people could benefit from using cannabis in some form.
